Summary
This story takes place at their second year in Izumo when Ash will turn 20. They're a couple for around two years and happy.
But for Eiji his promise of forever means until death separates them. For Ash, however, it means until Eiji will leave him. He only knows abandonment and is convinced Eiji will leave him, too, after some time. All the people he loved did the same, after all.
Ash tells Eiji not to celebrate his birthday since his existence caused endless deaths and celebrating it feels wrong to him.
Eiji is sad about that request but still promises him that they won't celebrate it and Ash assumes the issue is solved.
Knowing Eiji's stubbornness, however, he should have known better...

Summary
Sharp green eyes stare back at Eiji. Only for a moment, and then those eyes close shut, face relaxed. Completely and perfectly asleep. Except the hair on the back of Eiji's neck has stiffened— that same feeling Eiji learned to listen to when he was nineteen because it means something isn’t right (before he even learned just how things can go so terribly wrong). Ash is asleep, to anyone else, but Eiji knows what his husband looks like actually tired from a long day, and this smaller, stiffer version is certainly not the same man that fell in bed with him last night.
A man... this looks like a child.
Or, a 30-year-old Ash is swapped out with a 15-year-old Ash, and Eiji's just along for the bumpy ride.

Summary
"I can't be with him.."
Five words, that was it, just five little words and Eiji Okumuras world was turned upside down once more. After the many incidents he'd endured since meeting the infamous Ash Lynx, Eiji wasn't sure it could get any worse, he didn't think anything could hurt more than a bullet but he was wrong, because those five words broke his heart and allowed something deeper to take route within him.
This story takes place after Eiji and Shorter were kidnapped however, in this au, Ash and the others rescue both of them before Shorter was given the drug. Shortly after saving them, Ibe tried to convince Eiji to go back home with him but Eiji refused and began living with Ash permanently.
