Summary
Due to a photography project, Victoria and Max have to spend a lot of time together and struggle to hide their feelings for each other before entering into a platonic, then heavily romantic, relationship.
Basically, lets take out the horrific, traumatic events and focus on the character development of two seemingly different people who grow to care about each other deeply and discover truths about themselves in the process as well.Mostly Max POV. smut + fluff
I have included a TW and a “skip to” placement in a specific chapter if r*pe, self-harm, suicide are specifically triggering to you.
Setting, conditions:
Spring semester, 2014, last semester at Blackwell
Rachel is alive and never went missing. The events of BTS continue into the season one timeline where Max returns fall 2013 and Rachel and Chloe have had a fairly happy relationship since 2010. Frank does not enter any kind of romantic/sexual relationship with Rachel. There is no rewind power. None of the Jefferson story has taken place; he is present but hes not the bad guy. Kate is not suicidal but she and Max have been bullied by Victoria as in Season 1. All events between Victoria and Chloe and Rachel have taken place as per BTS.Bookmarked by Em3rald0cean
