He slowly walked over to his sunshine grabbing the other’s hand, bringing Atsushi over to dance. Dazai wrapped his arms around the smaller male’s waist pulling him close. He saw Atsushi bring his arms up and around his neck as they slowly swayed side to side.

The silver haired male leaned his head onto the taller man’s chest closing his eyes as he listened to his lover’s beating heart. He had never felt so calm and loved than in this very moment. Dazai knew that it was time to finally propose as he had been slightly stalling. He looked down at Atsushi with love filling his eyes to the brim.

It was the night before Christmas when an argument broke out between lovers. It was honestly a silly argument if you asked the male that was currently sitting on the bed between the two. Atsushi felt a sweatdrop on his forehead as he watched his two lovers fight over who was going to lay in the middle of the bed.

He had spent hours trying to find something perfect but couldn’t find anything. He grunted as he took his hat off running his hand through his hair. He was about to give up but caught something flash in the corner of his eye. He had never turned so quickly in his life. He walked up to the store window to see a white tiger pendant encrusted with black and white crystals on a leather necklace. It was perfect. He ran into the store to walk up to one of the salesmen.
He walked out with a smirk as he was able to get the gift for a steal as he convinced the salesman to lower the price by half. He placed the velvet box into his pocket before he hopped onto his motorcycle. He smiled thinking about the reaction that Atsushi will have to seeing the necklace.

The moment the words leave his mouth, he braces himself for impact. Worst case scenario, he expects his parents' faces to twist from shock into sheer disgust, for at least one of them to bolt up and leave, for the other to hunch over with a weary sigh, telling him how disappointed they are.
He can't say the lack of knee-jerk reaction makes him feel any more relieved.
After getting to (properly) know his beloved rival and partner's guardian, Poe contemplates introducing Ranpo to his own parents, too.
