Summary
Falco was a cocky, sulky, annoying bird with a highly questionable past, with habits perhaps thrice as questionable, who could hardly tolerate the team in the first place. He was chosen due to his background as a pilot, being the most qualified by a long shot. It was true that his role during the war was essential, but he was just so much of an annoying asshole that, now that the war was over, Fox had little to no reason to leave him on the team.
Yet, despite all of that, somehow, Fox would not let go of Falco so easily.
Having to deal with Falco Lombardi will make a year fly by.

Summary
Madara closes his eyes on the battlefield with the remnants of his dead dream around him to greet the afterlife and wakes up nearly ninety years before, with an odd gift from on high to try and guide him into fixing his life. Unlike some, he doesn't see this as a second chance to fix his wrongs- just as torture keeping him from the death he wanted. The best thing he can do, he thinks, is remove himself and let Hashirama continue like he had the first time.
To Hashirama, it quickly becomes apparent that there is something very, very wrong with his best friend, and he doesn't know if he can find out what in time to help- if Madara even wants to be helped.
It could be his second chance, to rebuild his family and find happiness, if Madara would allow himself to have it.
