Blitzo wanted nothing to do with this conflict between Heaven and Hell. He would rather stay out of it, but when he found an injured angel in Hell he realized that that wasn't an option.
Hurt and drained, Lucifer just wanted to go home, even if he wasn't entirely sure where home was anymore.

Summary
Lucifer has been given an ultimatum. Vox had provided him with an ultimatum. Go into the bulb to be used as a power source or his daughter would be used instead. And since of course, there is no way Lucifer would let that happen, the king of hell stepped inside willingly.

“You see, that is literally not going to happen.” Lucifer pushed back. “Just because I cannot hurt sinners does not mean any of the others cannot. What makes you think they would even listen to you?” Lucifer knew he was right. There was no way in literal, well Hell, that any of the Ars Goetia, let alone any of the other Sins, would permit this cocky mortal to spout such bullshit.
Vox chuckled “Well, because I have you, of course. I could show all of Hell how pathetic you are compared to me, and they will all be groveling at my feet.”

Stolas merely takes the offered grip, shakes it. “It’s a pleasure to meet you too, Mr…?”
Awh, yes! It’s a miracle he didn’t majorly embarrass himself there. So, “Oh, please, just call me Lucifer,” he replies in kind, chuffed.
Meanwhile, “Lucifer?!” Stolas squawks.

Lucifer and Stolas meet at a Hazbin Hotel Support Group for Divorcees. To the surprise of everyone around them, they hit it off. Instantly. But, hey, who better to hash out your issues with than someone going through the same thing as you?
AKA - If I had a nickel for every time Vivziepop created a divorced, all-powerful demon-dad who really loves his daughter but can't seem to communicate properly with her, who also happens to be associated with birds, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice!

Lucifer was shaken up after being held captive and used as a battery, but he was fine. Of course he was fine. He was the King of Hell. He had responsibilities, and a daughter he had to make things up to, he couldn't afford to not be fine.
So what if the bad tickles were still bothering him and focusing was just getting harder and harder? He was probably just complaining about nothing.
