“Little one…” Phantom’s voice dropped, the words thundering through Red Robin’s very bones, “intent is not how this summoning circle works.”
For a moment, the warehouse was nothing but the soft crackle of ice continuing its slow, fractal advance across steel and concrete. The king’s tail shifted almost imperceptibly, coils tightening beneath it, shifting and turning in knots without beginning or end.
Then, it hummed, the sound resonating through the ice forming steadily around Red Robin’s feet. “It activated the moment an offering was made.”
Red’s breath shuddered out of his lungs. “...What offering?” he asked, the question dragged from between chattering teeth. He really, really did not want the answer. But he needed to know.
The king’s gaze hadn’t wavered from Red Robin once since it’d been summoned.
He didn’t have a good feeling about this.
“A bride.”

Summary
John Constantine was tracking unusual spikes of Death Magic all around the world, but every bloody time, he was too late to catch anyone. After two months of trying to track them down on his own, he then, against his better judgment, asked for help from Zatanna. After another month of no progress and Zatanna being needed elsewhere, he finally threw in the metaphorical towel and asked for help from the Big Bat himself.
Now, he’s in a plane, flying to who knows where, with the Big Bat and the rest of his colony. Deep inside, Constantine knew this was going to be trouble.

Danny was living a good life. His parents still love him, even if it took a while for him and Jazz to convince them there was nothing to fix, his grades were slowly being brought back up, and he came to peace with the fact that he was going to be the Ghost King.Since he was still young , he was only the heir and, therefore, had fewer duties to do.
As the heir, Danny's favourite duty is helping lost souls move on to the afterlife.
The big guy, a revenant with guns and thighs who arrived during the send-off, looking at Danny like he hung the moon and stars, is a nice bonus.

Because Tim has an old, beat up car stolen from the garage, two backpacks worth of belongings, and a box of cheap face masks, and that is it. He’s left all of his vigilante equipment behind, stored safely in the cave, and he has no intention of going back for it. Going back for any of it really, because Tim loves his family, he really does, but he can’t stand the way they look at him now.
Like he’s something breakable, something they need to wear kid gloves around and treat like glass. Like Tim is another civilian they need to protect.
And it was only for a few days, but–

Danny was a block away from his apartment when a figure darted from an alley, yanking him out of his thoughts and into the shadows. He dropped his groceries with a loud clunk, his hands already glowing a faint green and opening his stance to a more stable one, ready to kick back if necessary, but when he focused on what, or more like who, pulled him into the alley, he froze.
"DANNY! DANNY, I NEED YOU TO PRETEND TO BE MY BOYFRIEND!"
