Turns out, they will also be working with a group of Ben-Hassrath agents led by Salit, who also happens to be an old friend of Isabela.
But things get complicated when Rook recognizes her and they’re thrown into a confrontation with a past they’ve been running for far too long.

And damn, did it remind Peebee of herself.

“Yeah, you’re kinda giving a death glare to that Asari,” Joker notes, both he and Garrus’ comments bringing her back to reality.
“I’m not….giving anyone a death glare,” she argues, and even to herself, it sounds forced. Garrus definitely doesn’t buy it, judging by the chuckle that escapes him, it making Liara’s so called ‘death glare’ turn to him rather than at the Asari currently talking to Shepard.
Who’s talking to Shepard and has her hand on Shepard’s arm.
(Liara works on dealing with all of the attention directed at Shepard)
