Summary
This is a series of ficlets that take place in Boston during Ilya's last season for the Raiders/Bears (and as he's getting ready to leave for Ottawa) and beyond.
It's as much a love letter to Boston as it is to Shane and Ilya (and Rachel and Jacob) - as the author lived in Boston for a while and misses the city terribly. In it, you will find fluff and comfort, the occasional mention of Dunkin, and way too specific Boston geography (and maybe some of spice later on).Some of my favorite things on earth seem to be romantic stories about queer hockey players, and the city of Boston, MA!

Summary
Ilya grinned brighter on noticing the vodka bottle set square in the middle of their dining table, a blue bow around it. She returned David’s high - five as discreetly as she could as they moved to the kitchen, giving the younger couple a moment to take it all in. Dinner was a quiet, contemplative affair and soon enough, with the day coming to a close at midnight, everyone had settled somewhat.
She felt Shane’s eyes on her for longer moments all the same. Yuna knew it’d take time to adjust to this new normal after nearly a decade of the alternative. She tried for a smile and he returned it, ease returning ever so gradually. She all but dragged David back over to the sofa, content to linger here for a little while longer as they settled for the night first.
