Izuku has always wanted to protect people. It's all he's ever wanted to do. So when All Might saves him (and he saves All Might in return), it kickstarts the chain reaction of events that leads to the world irrevocably changing. and also a cult being started but that's less important.
(or, Izuku has a quirk that makes him a Paladin from Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition. this changes everything and nothing.)

"Why did she even pick this place?" Kronii muttered. "Even that Phoenix's fried chicken place would've been better.."
The Warden scoffed. Her seat was made out of some cheap leather. Utterly unfit for someone like her.
