Summary
This was a “monster”? He was sentient, communicating with all of them instead of going right for the kill. Zayne had killed many a wanderer, or what he knew to be monsters, but this didn't seem like one. He looked like he was somewhere in the middle of an incomplete transformation, half man and half.. something else.
“Are you a wanderer?” He asked bluntly.
The man chuckled and shook his head. “No. I'm a dragon,” he explained, as if this were simple and dragons were more than just mythical creatures.
OR
A Beauty of the Beast retelling with Zayne as the beauty and dragon!Sylus as the "beast".
