Summary
He isn’t sure if “home” is the right word to title Ryomen Sukuna’s estate, but it’s the closest thing he has to a real and actual place of belonging in this era he is so unused to that calling it a “home” feels only natural. But “homes” aren’t supposed to be that violent, and “homes” aren’t supposed to be that quiet. So, maybe the estate really isn’t his home, and maybe he’s putting too much thought into this, but what else is there to think about when one trudges through the snow with no end in sight, no goal in mind?

“Sukuna,” he had greeted quite impolitely with two, human hands pressed against either side of the doorframe to prohibit the slider’s closing without his permission. The shaking of his appendages had betrayed the steely resolve, that impossible (potentially mislead) authority in his tone. As if Sukuna himself would allow one so far beneath him to command any portion of his proximity. “I’ve come to kill you.”
Well. As far as overzealous assassins come, this boy may have been the very epitome of foolishness.

Summary
Yuji Itadori, a cheerful, five year-old child none the wiser to the truth behind his conception nor the fate that had been predetermined for him lifetimes ago.
Ryomen Sukuna, the ruthless King of Cures that, through indomitable strength, had reigned terror upon the Heian Era over a millennium beforehand.
Both of them had a goal: Sukuna desired to reincarnate, eliminate the modern world’s ‘strongest’, and live free of consequence… while Yuji, being the child that he was, had the much simpler want of making his beloved mama proud of him and doing the right thing.
For different reasons, neither had anticipated how things would end up: cohabiting a single mind together for such an extensive period of time… and yet, it happened regardless.
With a decade’s worth of time to get to know each other before Yuji’s inevitable fate as the King of Curse’s vessel comes to pass, will things go according to Sukuna’s original plan, or will their time spent together be the catalyst for a change of fate?
