Great writing. Plot was also pretty great…at first. Then a choice was made to include a whole lot of unnecessary complications and I got so fucking lost. I really like this Suguru. And I really enjoy his relationship dynamics with Satoru and shoko. I really enjoyed his attempts to fix jujutsu society. I wish the author had expanded on any of these three aspects than…well, random goddesses and ethereal beings. It was all so baffling. But maybe the sequel will be more coherent? Idk still gonna reread the first half tho. That part was honestly pretty great. I

The room is too bright.
It’s quaint, in a nauseating sort of way. Polished floors glint from the gleaming honeycomb chandeliers overhead, make him squint. A few vases sprinkled here and there, filling the room with a sickeningly sweet scent – even a waffle-cone headrest framing the silken sheets of a neatly-tucked bed. Outside, the golden sun gleams, the gentle rays of light spilling past curtains that waver in the afternoon breeze.
It's meant to be beautiful. Luxurious. Welcoming.

Not even in this fandom, but god damn it’s so well written. I really like pure vanilla cookie, so emotionally competent and gentle, yet firm in his convictions. He really does have the patience of a saint. SMC in the early stages was irritating and purposefully difficult. But their relationship is sweet. Plot twist was so unexpected but logical. Writing is so smooth you hardly notice you’ve read over 200k words of two magic cookies in love.

There’s only so much one can remember about a book read a lifetime ago.

Fresh premise, amoral but compelling mc. Like watching a car-crash, it just keeps getting worse but you can’t look away. And the bits and pieces alluding to something with Draco his very publicly recognized 1st? 2nd? cousin of all people really…hm. That’s a choice. House black’s not beating the incest reputation anytime soon. I literally cannot see how this will end well. But here’s to hoping?

Wacky concept that works really well. Rhea is solid but daemon remains a loony. Just extremely codependent and actually happy with his lot in life. Wish we got more outsider pov’s and more about the kingdom building aspect. Still really good tho. Admire author’s typing speed. They updated so frequently.
