Summary
The second evident thing made Donnie's heart pound with raw fear. Beneath his blonde bangs, the once alluring ice-blue eyes were dark and crazed. A sick, crawling feeling settled in the pit of Donnie's stomach. He quickly glanced for any barkeepers nearby, but somehow, there was no one else in their proximity. Where the fuck did everyone go? Was this some twisted nightmare? The man's face remained eerily calm as he stared at Donnie, his mouth curling into a smirk. Shit.
"Hello." The man asked, his voice low and sultry. If it hadn't been for the circumstances, Donnie would've found it soothing. Yet, as the man inched closer, all he could feel was utter dread. "What's your name? I'm Lawrence."
At the lack of response, Lawrence's eyes squinted with mirth. "Hm. What's wrong? You're shaking like a leaf." He let out a dark chuckle as he reached out his hand, resting it on Donnie's tense shoulder, his face inches from his own. "Don't worry. They trust me here."
