Summary
Izuku Midoriya was a quirkless orphan. His mother had been killed when he was eight—the same day he lost faith in heroes. By ten, he had lost faith in all adults. He had been shuffled between at least eleven different foster homes, each one eager to send him back the moment they realized he was quirkless. By twelve, Izuku understood the truth—no one was coming to save him.
So, he became Ghost.
Silent, unseen, and unnoticed, he moved through the city’s underbelly, doing what heroes wouldn’t. No quirk, no support—just sheer will. If the world refused to fight for someone like him, then he’d fight for himself and for those who had no one else.
But then they came.
Yamada Hizashi and Aizawa Shouta. Two pro heroes who didn’t look at him with disappointment or pity. They didn’t see a problem to be ignored or a burden to be passed along. They saw him—just Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless orphan who had been failed time and time again.
But Izuku had been surviving on his own for so long. He had built walls no one had ever tried to break through before. They didn’t know who he really was, what he had done, what he had become.
And he wasn’t sure if there was anything left of him to save.

Summary
Dennis can't seem to get any sleep because of a persistent and reoccurring nightmare, and it's beginning to affect his work. Robby is worried that he's sick, jack is worried he's hiding something. when they find out its an easy fix the prescribe him pills. turns out it's not so easy of a fix, the pills cause a new problem that they only find out about when it becomes life threatening.

“Who the fuck did this?” Jack roared, his voice cracking like a whip through the ER.
Nurses froze. A tech stopped mid-step. Even Dana, fearless on her worst days, halted in her tracks.
Trinity stumbled under Dennis’s weight, panic flooding her features. “Fuck—Dr. Abbot…” she breathed.
Jack didn’t wait.
He closed the distance in two strides and grabbed Dennis, hands sliding to both sides of the kid’s waist, hauling him off Trinity and straight into his chest. Dennis sagged instantly, collapsing against Jack like his bones had given up.
Jack’s jaw clenched so tight the muscle jumped. His eyes were pure, murderous fire.
Or where student doctor Dennis Whitaker loses a 6 year old patients and comes back to the Er bloody and supported by Trinity Santos. His two attendings who have been trying to get the student into their bed for weeks now, dont really take it well.

Summary
Izuku fell backwards onto the floor for the third time that day, with the door handle still in his hands, definitely no longer on the door. Izuku could no longer hear anything over the pounding of his heart threatening to beat out of his chest. He raised his eyes back from his hands to the door, to find the door still shut. Izuku was completely, and utterly, fucked.
Or; What if Izuku never made it off the roof after All Might left him?
