One day, after practice, Kyle realizes he left his water bottle in there by mistake. Against Jason's advice, he goes to get it. Of course he knows Max will be in there but as long as he doesn't get caught, it should be fine! Max wouldn't even notice he was in there. All he had to do was make sure to avoid him.
Unfortunately, things don't go as planned.

Summary
Ever since his big relapse, Max has been doing pretty alright considering everything.
That didn't mean it was easy, there were endless complications and hurdles to get over. Richie's help was great, but a guy freshly in his twenties with his own baggage wasn't exactly equipped to deal with all of this; things are bound to get kinda rocky. Max needs actual help, help his friend(?) just can't give. Luckily enough, they aren't alone. With the help of a family and friends Max could never have even dreamed up having, things are actually starting to look up. Whether or not he deserves it, people care about him, want to see him succeed.
Unfortunately, Max had one big, fat problem suddenly tossed onto his plate with no real solution in sight. One that he couldn't tell a single soul.
