All seems simple but then she tells them that the boy is a feral child, animalistic and frightened, and was throwing rocks at people who tried to get closer. Buck and Eddie are tasked to get him to safety.
The boy is scared of everything around him, people, sounds, objects, the wind, the smells. Terror is all the boy knew until he found something he wasn’t scared of.
