He knows Izuku. Around the apartment, Deku is just Deku—the polite, soft-spoken nerd who worries over chore charts and treats Katsuki like glass. Hitoshi can't take his eyes off Katsuki and he knows that by now, it's noticeable.
And Neito is not above teasing him for it.
"Him, really?" he almost lazily asks as he leans against the bar next to Hitoshi. "You couldn't have chosen literally anyone else?"
"Like who?" Hitoshi shoots back. "Midoriya?" He gives Neito just enough time to make a face before he goes on. "You?"
The vaguely disgusted face turns into pure horror and Hitoshi simply has to laugh because it's kind of funny.

“You’re really gonna let Bakugou get away with all this shit?” Sero had almost been victim to the blonde’s temper tonight when he made a joke about Hitoshi’s jeans. Something about his ass or legs or something. Hitoshi couldn’t keep up with every little thing that set his boyfriend off. Everybody knew that Hanta was a flirty drunk. Hitoshi rolled his eyes.
“I don’t let him do anything.” Sero simply gave him a look that seemed to say ‘bullshit’.
“What do you want me to do?” Hitoshi placed his beer bottle on the table. Denki popped his head up, leaning over the table and yelled loudly over the music.
“Maybe start with that.” The blonde jammed his thumb to the side, pointing towards the dancefloor.
