The man in question was fully dressed, slightly ruffled, had one of Sugimoto’s legs curled around his shoulder and was looking down at him with an intensely neutral expression of a swimming teacher trying to convince a scared kid to get in the water, but feeling a minute away from just throwing the brat in the middle of the pool and seeing if they emerge.
