The Evolutionists had a certain way of doing things to get everything back to normal aftert a life game ended. When it was Limited Life, their plan began to show some serious defects.

The lifers are regular teens who unwillingly participate in the Life Games and not remember anything after, waking up where they left off in their real lives. The remaining side effects were just some minor nuisances. However, it wasn't like that for everyone.

Over the course of a single week, Scar begins having vivid recurring dreams about strange survival games set across different worlds, each one continuing where the last left off.
At first he assumes they are only stress-induced nightmares, but as the dreams grow more detailed—and emotionally real—he starts noticing patterns, memories carrying over between them, and a growing sense that the version of himself inside those dreams is slowly becoming aware too.The lack of sleep begins affecting both sides of his life: his work as a professor and his nights as HotGuy.
Grian notices almost immediately.
Scar looks exhausted, distracted, quieter than usual.
He wants to ask what’s wrong, but every attempt crashes and burns before it can properly begin.Even worse, Cuteguy starts noticing the exact same thing during patrols with HotGuy, unaware that the hero and his coworker are the same person.

“Good evening, sunshine."------------------------
Grian is normal english proffesor, and Scar is the most wanted villain in the city, except Grian isn't really a normal english proffesor, and Scar finds that really interesting.

Scar pines after Grian, who refuses to engage or believe in said feelings.
