Summary

Summary
Wei Ying was practically hopping from foot to foot with news bursting out of him. "Lan Zhan, Lan Zhan, this is big. His date is a guy!"

The doorbell rang and cut through the static noise in Lan Zhan's brain as it processed that information. Their son was going to prom with a boy? Why had A-Yuan not mentioned this before? Was he afraid of telling him?
OR: A-Yuan brings a date home for prom. It's a strange spiral of memories for both Lan Zhan and Wei Ying, healing their past and letting Wei Yuan explore his future unburdened. Part three of the series, you should probably read parts one and two for the full emotional impact, or just enjoy if you're looking for a little fluffy story that ends with dancing.

Summary
Wei Ying's phone buzzed again. He jumped as if bitten in the ass and scrambled to pick it up and read who was calling. It was Nie Huaisang.
“Yeah?” he asked, answering and only slightly disappointed that it wasn’t someone else.
“Having a breakdown yet?” Nie Huaisang replied with more than a hint of a grin in their voice.
Wei Ying should have known. “What the hell did you do?”OR: Wei Ying reconnects with Lan Zhan after 14 years of forced separation. As he readys himself for the reunion, he is confronted with memories of how strange life is to bring them to this point. But after so much heart ache, can he forgive it all to be with Lan Zhan once again?
Part Two of the Series, you should probably read "The Husband" first to really understand what's happening here.

“You made it,” Lan Xichen smiled wide and slightly unbelieving.
OR: Lan Zhan returns home after 14 years of estrangement with his family. Haunted by ghosts of the past, he is given news that cuts him to the core and makes him question not only his relationship with his family, but everything he ever believed.

“You’re in the hospital,” she says. “You were in a traffic accident, and–"
“No, I heard that. But–” Wei Ying glances at the extremely pretty man, who’s just staring at him, completely still. His empty hands hover in the air. “I don’t need anyone to take care of me. I just wanna go home."
“You are going home,” Yanli reaches over and tucks his hair behind his ear, giving him a tiny smile. “Don’t worry. Just a few more scans, and then Lan Zhan can take you back."
“Who’s Lan Zhan?” he asks.
The pretty man by his side inhales so sharply Wei Ying feels the air get sucked out of the room.

Wei Ying gets in a traffic accident and loses six years of his memories, including meeting and marrying the love of his life. This is the story of how he falls back in love with Lan Zhan: quickly, and inevitably.
