Summary
In this fic, Adrien never went to school, so Adrien and Marinette never met. Marinette never really had a crush on anyone, but she still consistently rejected Chat Noir’s advances because she thought he was immature and flirted with anything that moved. Just like in canon, eventually he stopped trying and they settled into their routine of being partners and defeating akumas every week or so. Everything essentially kept the same pattern as the first 2-3 seasons.
In this fic, they are aged up a bit. They’ve both finished their high school years and university. They’re both 22 years old and we’re starting in the summer right after they both graduated from university. Adrien is still modeling for Gabriel while Marinette is trying to start her own couture design business.
Chat Noir gets awarded the “Paris’s Most Eligible Bachelor” award. Marinette happens to see the show on the TV and starts to feel jealous that he’s openly dating now (which he hadn’t done before). She decides that she wants him, so first she tries to woo him as Ladybug, but he shuts that down. So she decides to try as Marinette. Cue shenanigans.

Summary
Joker has a habit of fixing his gloves. Just tugging, stretching at the fabric, playing with the cuffs. He doesn't crack his knuckles like Sakamoto does: he's worse, he pulls at his own fingers and stretches the joints until he hears a satisfying pop. He fidgets with his gloves when he's thinking. And Joker's always thinking about something or another. It's why Goro hated him the most out of these foolish Thieves: he's thoughtful, perfect, meticulous.
Goro's—fixated. Distracted. Attention captured as easily as a bird within a wolf's jaws. And Joker hasn't noticed yet, but he will soon if he can't fucking stop looking.
Joker's got Goro wrapped around his little finger. Literally.
