High in the sky and burning bright and far, far, far from one another and the warmth of home. They burned blue and cold and fierce enough to turn back those that would harm them. They had been placed there for their own protection, in the beginning. In the beginning, the shape of them said family but the distance spoke volumes. And then one fell.
“I found him,” Hoseok said proudly. “On the road.”
“And you just kept him?” the baker said. “I didn’t think we were supposed to do that.”
“We’re not keeping him,” Yoongi said, sounding almost defensive. “His name’s Jimin and it’s too muddy.”
“Hi,” Jimin said, feeling like he had been surrounded by some strange benevolent deities.Jimin was just trying to take a long overdue break. And then his car breaks. And strange people keep telling him strange things. And there are old memories trying to surface.
