Of course, it could never be just that easy. the town are out to find any creatures of the night, another vampire fledgling is running around town, suspicions are high, and a blood moon approaches rapidly.

Summary
Everyone in Oakhurst is magical. (Except for Avid)
No one in Oakhurst is a vampire.
In fact, Oakhurst doesn't really have a history with vampires.
Of course, everyone is pretending that vampires and magic isn't real so they aren't found out for being magic.
But as everyone slowly figures out what everyone is, shenanigans, and angst, ensues.
Avid, of course, remains oblivious.**DISCONTINUED DUE TO LACK OF MOTIVATION (and the revelations about avid, but that was more of the straw that broke the camel's back than anything)**

Summary
Cleo was not a superstitious person. Despite the paranoia, and frankly, the insanity that surrounded them daily, Cleo was a relatively normal person. A normal farmer, writing letters to her mother. However, the town of Oakhurst held many more ghosts than they could have anticipated.

a cleo-centric fic focused on overcoming doing the easy thing and doing the right thing, werewolf pearl, and apo and cleo getting along for oncemoonrot vsmp au! there are some narrative changes, and this story begins in ep 1-2ish, and diverges from canon mid-episode three! lots of moonrot fluff but also vampires-typical angst. mind the tags!

Summary
Cleo came into Oakhurst after several weeks of travelling to fulfil her goal.
She found a deserted ruins of a town filled with 13 other newcomers.
She hoped to find what she came for quickly as her time was slowly running out, but even after 2 weeks she hasn't made any progress just yet.
It could have been worse though as she is luckily sharing a home with Pearl, one of the only other sane people in this town.But it turns out that Vampires are here too, trapped with the humans in the surounding lands.
