Summary
Contrary to popular belief, Aziraphale has, historically, embraced new technology as it came along. One gadget he took to quickly was the pocket watch. He enjoyed the way it ticked, he enjoyed being able to tell time on cloudy days - and he very much enjoyed that there was a little compartment inside, where he could keep things he loved hidden and secret.
The only thing he loves is his biggest secret: Crowley.

The world had been saved, again - for the third time in a decade. Crowley and Aziraphale had seen Jesus off, thanking Him and bidding Him farewell, and as much as Crowley genuinely liked the bloke, he never hoped to see Him again. Frankly, he was hoping the third time was the charm, with regard to saving the world, and they might have a little peace now.
That, however, was entirely contingent on the angel who was standing in his bookshop, looking around with an expression of gentle bliss. Crowley loved that look on his face, wanted to see it all the time. But even though the world was safe, the air was thick with things that needed to be said, apologies that needed to be made, and a confession that needed to either be retracted or returned.
Crowley genuinely didn’t know which it was going to be.

Anthony Crowley, Crown Prince of Abbadon, has been ordered by his siblings, Beezle and Gabriel, to go to the neighboring, unfriendly kingdom of Gaia and wed their Crown Prince, sight unseen. He is to take his cousin, Anathema, and leave the very next day. To say he's resentful of this development would be a massive understatement.
Aziraphale Eastgate, Crown Prince of Gaia, has received a similar edict from his father, King Derek: He is to wed the Prince of Abbadon - sight unseen - in ten days. There is no way he could ever accept the idea of marriage to a barbarian from Abbadon. The very idea is preposterous. His heart is full of resentment, fury, and betrayal when he attempts to run away.
