Summary
Ever since the adventure where they all got guns, Ragatha has noticed some changes in the group, specifically with Jax and Pomni’s friendship suddenly falling apart, no doubt Jax pushed Pomni away in some way. She knows she shouldn’t step in too much, but it wouldn’t hurt to try even a little right?
Even if Jax is an asshole he doesn’t deserve to be left alone, even if it’s self-inflicted isolation, and Pomni would be sad if things stayed like this. He’s just a big dumb fluffy bunny and he definitely won’t push her away from him this time!…hopefully, maybe…
Also what’s up with Zooble seeking out and pestering Caine all of a sudden? It’s probably not important

“Look,” Jax sighs shakily, gaze averted. “I don’ wanna drag you into this, Dollface. I’ll get my [$#!%] together eventually.” He chuckles to himself, but it’s more of a pitiful, humored hitch of the breath than anything. He continues to pant.
“I’m— I’m not just going to leave you here when I know you’re.. suffering. Not when I know that I could.. that I could help. How ever you’ll let me. I- If.. you'll let me.”
Jax looks at her blankly, expression disturbingly unreadable.
“… Okay.”
“..Okay..?” Ragatha repeats in question.
“Okay,” Jax sighs again, allowing his knees to fall away from his chest. “You can.. help me. Do whatever you want.”
Well.
“.. Whatever I want..?”
Or
Jax goes into heat at the worst given opportunity. Ragatha is there to help, as she always is.

For a second, Katara is helpless. No bending, no running, not when she’s trying to pull air into her lungs, feeling the world spin nauseatingly around her.
That’s all Zuko needs.
He pins her with a truly insulting ease, grabbing her wrists to hold both down, and she is well and truly caught. She glares up at him – he is soaked from the water she has been throwing at him, but his golden eyes are glaring right back at her, and there’s that sneering curl to his lip that makes her want to dump half the ocean on his head.
He leans down and she can feel the heat of his breath in her ear.
“Leaving so soon?” he hisses.

OR: Zuko captures Katara, and imprisons her on his ship to use as bait to try to capture Aang.
No plan truly survives contact with the enemy. And this plan… goes absolutely sideways.
