Roger Pirates watch Buggy's future(AU) in the form of song.
It had been an average day for the Roger Pirates, deciding to go on a small treasure hunt was just to entertain the children. Buggy and Shanks have been bouncing around since they informed them of the hunt for treasure, Buggy’s smile never dwindling at the thought of gold. However, they hadn’t expected to end up in a cave, a giant stone before them with strange symbols carved into the wall. Shanks and Buggy were whispering to each other in the back, the rest of the crew looking over the stone wall.

Buggy laughed, Shanks was right to bet it all on Luffy, and now Buggy will as well. For the boy who carries his captain' s legacy.
Then he saw a light, bright and flashy just like him. He felt hot, a burning sensation enveloped his entire body. He heard yelling, but didn’t know if it was himself or Blackbeard. He didn’t feel pain, but he knew he was going to die. Even with his death, he hoped Luffy would succeed. He hoped Shanks wouldn’t grieve him.
He hoped they had a chance with his sacrifice. That at least with his death, he could be known as something other than a coward.
That's how it was supposed to end... Right?
Turns out, an idiot red head wouldn't let that happen.

Buggy dies and Shanks asks Nika to allow him and Luffy to go back in time to save their friends. Cue the chaos.

Sukuna’s taken him to the couch, a bit annoyed at the dead weight in his arms.
“I guess you can’t hold your alcohol, huh?”
Yuuji purrs, leaning into him with his eyes closed. He’s definitely happy right now. Sukuna lays back, taking Yuuji with him and they lay like that for a while, the movie they were going to watch now forgotten.
Two alphas laying together like this is absurd but as Yuuji purrs, Sukuna realizes there’s nowhere else he’d rather be right now.
His teeth itch.
“Smells like peaches.”
Sukuna chalks it up to the sake but Yuuji freezes, tilting his head up from Sukuna’s chest with big eyes.
“Do you… like peaches?”

“What took so long, brat? I missed you today, hated being around this idiot.”
Megkuna scowls, pulling Yuuji towards him roughly.
“Do you have to hog him? And it’s not like I like being around you either, fucking loser.”

Sukuna stays silent, just watching the boy. He takes a step closer, reaching down to grab his jaw and take in his features closely, head tilting side to side with cheeks squished.
“I have sired no children so you are not a descendent of mine. But a relative no less it seems. Tell me about the Itadoris.”
Yuuji shuffles on his feet, having already tried to pull his face back to no avail. His words are a bit muffled as he speaks.
“There’s not much. We’re just a normal family. Pink hair has run in our blood since the beginning of the house but it wasn’t until I was born with these marks that people started asking questions. Nothing specific was found but I guess… you’re kind of like my uncle? But like, really old.”
Sukuna rolls his eyes at being called old, letting Yuuji go who rubs at his jaw to soothe the reddening skin.
“It’s no matter. Of what use will you be, hm?”

They’re panting, pheromones so thick they’re both choking on it. Yuuji’s quick in his aggression, flipping them around and keeping it stable. He’s able to get on top and keep on top for long enough to use his legs to trap Sukuna beneath his weight, landing another punch, the crack of Sukuna’s nose practically echoing in the empty house.
Having done real damage for once, seeing the blood pour from his brother’s nose, he falters. Sukuna wastes no time in grabbing his hips and flipping them back over roughly. Yuuji’s back slams against the floor, taking the breath right out of his lungs. He wants to buck Sukuna off but he’s been pinned for good this time.
Despite being twins and alphas, Sukuna has always been a bit bigger and stronger. Yuuji knows the fight’s over and resigns himself to whatever punch Sukuna’s about to throw.
Instead he just sneers in Yuuji’s face, blood dripping onto his cheeks thickly.
“You really think cause you’re an alpha too that you could actually win against me? Dream on, brat.”
He changes his position, kicking Yuuji’s legs apart and settling between them. Yuuji’s breath hitches.

Dead. Dead. Dead. Dead- they were all fucking dead. Luffy, Shanks, Marco- the Revolutionaries were in shambles and Blackbeard's crew was running wild. To think it had come this far- and affected so many. It seems fitting Buggy was caught in the crossfire. Though, having your neck snapped isn't the worst way to go, it still sucked.
Until it didn't. Because now he is awake on a shore bleeding from a wound, he was pretty sure he didn't have when he died. The pretty lady fretting over him was new as well. He had hoped to wake up with Roger, and Shanks- listen to their tongue lashings over his cowardly tendencies. Yet here he was, about to die for a second time. What a fucking miracle.
