Set the scene. Hermitcraft, season 8, but something isn’t quite right this time around. If you look closely you can see Xisuma in the distance running around, trying his best to keep the hermits under control. The only problem is that it’s pretty difficult to keep a group of alphas contained, the betas entertained, and the omegas from starting trouble. There’s enough trouble without the Watchers and their death games.

Summary
Despite the hardships of Double Life, the players have returned for another game, which has been dubbed Triple Life. No one's health is linked, but everyone is assigned one of three roles: Alpha, beta, or omega. These roles come with slight physical changes, new and sometimes surprising instincts, and the urge to form teams of three consisting of one of each role. Everyone must learn to navigate the changes brought by these roles, finding their teams and just trying to survive, all while dealing with an exceptionally cold map and whatever feelings may remain after their previous games together. One thing is for sure. It's going to be an interesting game.

Summary

♡ this was meant to be a oneshot in my book with 1k words, im still writing on it and its already over 24k at the time of the first chapter being published so my brain went "better make a seperate book for that"
Scar however, didn't seem to be affected or even care. "Cool, wanna take over the sand biome and make people pay to come get sand?" Grian laughed, was he actually serious about that? "I've actually already started on a little base and the desert isn't the best place to live Scar-" he was cut off by Scar laughing again, back to the low, almost mad sound.
"Oh poor sweet little Grian, you don't get it, do you? This isn't about living, it never is! Wherever you go, whoever you're with, it's about business. The ability to sell and trade for profit, sure you can survive, but it takes real effort to thrive." Scar spoke casually as if he were commenting on the weather, not at all how you'd expect someone to drop some crazy life lesson that… scarily enough made sense
"... It's about the monopoly" Grian responded softly after a moment of silence, looking away as Scar smirked "It is, and that place," he pointed in the general area of the village "Is a bust, I'm going somewhere better"
