    The Kildare Enduro was a bike race that happened every year in the Outer Banks.

    Sure, the island itself had more of a culture of surfing and water. But Rafe Cameron was never good at that. He was good at biking, however. Real good.

    And even with an ego big enough to suffocate the country's population, he was willing to let his girlfriend ride with him in the race, since he just loves that cute smile on your face when your happy more than any title or respect.
