Summary
Nathan is still sleeping in his bed when Shadow enters the room, his cheek smushed against his pillow and his limbs sprawled across the sheets. He looks so peaceful right now, Shadow almost feels bad about having to ruin his sleep. Almost.
The alternative is leaving Nathan to be preyed upon by the horrid monsters that Shadow knows are lurking just beyond the edges of the dark. It was so easy for someone like himself with much nobler intentions to get into Nathan's home. The demons would truly have no trouble at all clawing their way in and painting the white walls red with Nathan's blood...
Shadow slowly unscrews the cap on the ether bottle and splashes some on the rag in his hand as he approaches the side of the bed.

“Look kid.” Dennis hates when Robby calls him that. Or at least when Robby does it to try and emphasise their age gap. It could be hot if Robby didn’t actually treat him like a kid. Like he is right now. “I’m flattered honestly, but you don’t want to date me.”
Dennis barely contains a scoff. Crossing his arms he straightens, standing as tall as possible. Their height difference really doesn’t help Dennis, not when Robby is literally looking down at him all the time. “I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t want to, Robby.”

He was the bravest, strongest man Thomas knew. So Thomas poured Crozier water and smiled at Crozier’s internal grumblings about Fitzjames and his stories.
Oh, Little thought. I’ve not seen him smile before. There can’t be anything lovelier. He could be the sun on an arctic night. If he ever looked at me like that, I might burn up and be glad for it.
Thomas nearly spilled the water all over Crozier.

Summary
Vox's weapon has been dismantled, the war with Heaven has been averted, and just like that, life at the Hazbin Hotel has (mostly) gone back to whatever passes as normal. Lucifer isn't interested in redemption, but he is interested in sticking around for Charlie's dreams this time around. And, well, aside from Alastor, the company isn't that bad.
Adam decides he's going to change that opinion. Ever since he died, he's been stuck in Hell, forced to inhabit a Sinner form and cut off from Heaven. Vox's broadcast tips him off that Lucifer can't hurt Sinners, and because of that, Adam heads to the Hazbin, taking advantage of Charlie's good faith to get close to Lucifer so he can dig his claws into the only piece of Heaven he has left.
(AKA: Sinner!Adam shows up at the Hotel, ostensibly for "redemption," and then annoys everyone until finally pouncing on Lucifer and nonconning him against a door.)
