And maybe he wasn't the only one whose truest whish was this: To be at home. Safe and loved without any condition or judgement attached. So, Jekyll extended his hand. The only thing left to see was, if Hyde would except it.

Summary
In which Jekyll and Hyde have managed to split themselves into two separate, physical beings and are now leading equally separate lives. Jekyll in the familiar safety of his home and Hyde out on the streets, still having to lay low somewhere for having committed one not so nice murder on a respected member of society. But in the end, being separate, hasn´t turned out to be as great of a blessing, as they might have initially thought. Sound sleep, for example, has become inexplicably harder to get.
Or: Two angsty, hopeless insomniacs meet in the kitchen in the middle of the night and decide to do something about it.
