Summary
No, Tony isn’t pleased about the fact that Loki is now a part of the Avengers. He can’t really forgive, he definitely can’t trust, but team is team so he does his best to deal with it. When a magical mishap turns Loki into a dragon – of all things! – it's for some reason still Tony he seeks out for help and protection. So now Tony is stuck with a clingy and demanding dragon for company, until things can hopefully be set right.
The rest of the Avengers are not amused, but getting to know Loki in this new skin is letting Tony see the team trickster in a different light. Maybe he’s really not all bad?

Summary
Months into their voyage on the Statesman, Thor is forced to come to the realization that he has not verbally conveyed his love for his brother as often or as recently as he had previously believed.
Determining to do something about this himself, Thor ventures to share the sentiment with Loki as often as possible, and at any given point in time, to outcomes of varying enthusiasm (and/or outright disgust).
(Alternatively; 5 times Thor tells Loki that he loves him, and (+1) time Loki says it back).

I’m not your enemy, and I think you know that. You’re really good at getting people to talk, I get that. I’ve seen it. But you’re welcome to look at the Tempad and see everything the TVA is fighting and you’ll see that I’m telling the truth. We need to get out there. And I need your Loki for that. He belongs to the TVA now.”
Natasha keeps her face blank. “He belongs to it?”
AKA: the one where Loki from the series comes back to his timeline to get help with Kang and he is Not Okay from all the abuse that he suffered at the TVA's hands. (gen)
