Summary

Following a brutal bathroom duel with Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy blacks out, only to wake up at Muggle world in the year 2026. Same name, same parents, but a completely unrecognizable life. Magic doesn't exist there, his Dark Mark is gone, and the absolute worst part? Harry Potter is apparently his deeply devoted boyfriend of two years.
Meanwhile, the modern Muggle Draco wakes up in a cold, gothic castle, the last time he remember was he have a car crash. He is thrust into a terrifying wizarding war he never knew existed... Voldemort, Death Eater, and the worst part is, when he found out that Harry is his enemy.

Now each of them must survive in a reality that isn't theirs, while searching for a way home.

Summary
Title says it all. Post-war and I do my best to channel some angst into it.
The familiar sight of Potter’s parents walked in first, with Sirius Black following, but the fourth figure made his stomach flip. He hadn’t realised Lupin had died. He’d seen him alive only days ago.
Potter’s dead seemed even more vibrant than normal, and Draco stubbornly tried not to look at them. Potter said something to Weasley, but Draco was hyper-focused on the unwanted guests to hear what.
“This is a little cosy, don’t you think?” Sirius Black said.
“Oh, stop it, Draco doesn’t deserve Azkaban,” Lupin said.
Black responded, “It’d wipe that sneer off his face. I -”
Potter’s father interrupted, “We know. You spent thirteen years there, blah blah.”
“Hey!”
Potter’s mother held up a hand. “Shut it. I want to hear this.”
But Draco didn’t want to hear any more of them. He met Potter’s eyes and poured as much venom into his words as he could.
“Get out.”

“Harry was an Auror for around 3 years until he quit to work at Hogwarts. What he does at Hogwarts was left vague but him saying he has his own classroom and having been found in the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom, we could conclude that he’s the DADA professor. Draco also said he was a Healer, referring to himself as ‘Healer Potter’,” James took a finalising breathe. “Did I miss something?”
“The constant references to Harry being someone famous and important, yet we’ve never heard of him?” Sirius suggested, sarcastically.
“Right, obviously,” James said dumbly.

James and Sirius come face to face with two captive conundrums that make them want to bash their heads into the walls out of confusion. They keep referencing and eluding to things that don't make sense. That is until Lily comes into the pictures and connects the dots faster than both of them.
