Summary
Konoha had always been known as the "nice hidden village." This only made it marginally better than the others.
Sasuke knows that it failed his clan, knows how the system failed his teammates. Even then, he looks up at the carved faces of the Hokage and dreams.
(A role reversal AU where Sasuke is the one who stays firmly planted in Konoha, and grounds the rest of the team.)
