Summary
When Cody chooses to trust and protect Anakin over Obi-Wan, this leads to a cascade of change among the clones and the Jedi. Bonds are formed, things change, and a new path has opened up through the war.
In the meantime, Sidious works to keep the control he has so long maintained on the galaxy to see his ultimate goal through. As a direct result of the fallout between Obi-Wan and Cody, he leads the galaxy on a darker path, but that doesn't mean there isn't hope.

Summary
Order 66 is avoided, because of a translation error between Palpatine and the Kaminoans. Rather than Order 66 being issued, Order 3 is issued instead.
Order 3: Commanders have been found unsuitable for current units. All commanders are to switch units and reassume command.
What that means: The Commanders all get to switch jobs. This ends amazingly and also Palpatine dies.

Or: Fox is assigned to the 212th with Obi-wan. Cody is assigned to the Coruscant Guard. This changes everything.

Summary
Fox and the Guard have effectively taken over Coruscant via taking over and running the crime syndicates. Quinlan Vos is sent by the Jedi to investigate. The only problem seems to be that no one is willing to give up the leader. And then when he finally figures it out, he… joins? Wait what?!
Or: Fox accidentally became a crime lord and decided it worked better than doing things legally. Quinlan is sent to figure out what exactly is going on.
