Was this a joke? Ignoring the presumption that this sorcerer could request anything from him, Sukuna chose to respond to his introduction in kind.
“Ryomen Sukuna.”
“Eh?”
Yuji blinked. The edges of his smile quivered, but the shape of his lips did not change as a faint series of confusing sounds broke free into the air. The sorcerer was laughing. At him—The King of Curses. But only briefly, as Yuji soon covered his mouth with his hands, frowning through his fingers as a new emotion appeared on his face.
“You shouldn’t lie to others. It’s rude. Especially when I was being honest.”
❤ To every rule there was an exception. In Sukuna's case, he did not willingly search for one, but instead his exception unknowingly stumbled into his domain and unintentionally caught them both by surprise. Only one human could ever sway Sukuna's heart, and now that he found him, the curse was not going to let him go so easily.
