Summary
Pyro first awakens as a ghost a year after his death, a vengeful spirit bound to the castle where he died.
200 years pass, and one day, he finds a still alive, confused, and demon-ified Avid staggering across the bridge to the castle.
It turns out that Avid can see them. However, he isn’t fully trusting of them- and Pyro is fine with that, as long as they have someone to talk to whenever they wanted. He was tired, and it was nice to have someone who could see him again.
(EDIT: OBV THIS WAS MADE LONG BEFORE THE STUFF ABOUT AVID CAME OUT. I DO NOT SUPPORT THEM ANY LONGER. THIS FIC WILL ALSO NEVER EVER BE FINISHED.)

Summary
Albedo hasn't had the best last two years since getting stuck in his human form for the first time. His human form was damaged, Azmuth sort to punish him in the worse way possible, he kept losing to Ben Tennyson and so on.
This isn't what he wanted for himself, he's tired and feels lost. In the end, he's not really in a position to refuse the help he gets. And maybe that's just what he needed to start again.
