Summary
The Shil'vati—a purple-skinned alien race of tusked giants, mostly consisting of women—have invaded Earth, trying to slowly incorporate it into the Empire, with mixed results to show for their efforts. Trying new avenues of approach, they launch a programme, sending units to build relations with the more rural places Earth has to offer in hopes of gaining better progress.
Now meet Elliot. A normal teen living his mundane life in Crestwood, a town a fair distance off from the nearest city. Up until now, Elliot has only heard of rumours from the townspeople here and there about the Shil'vati. And with nothing much else except for the internet and TV showcasing the aliens to go off of, he hasn't really put much thought to his planet's Interstellar visitors.
That changes at the arrival of their new friends.
