Summary
Voldemort is only defeated after he has destroyed most of Magical Britain and all Hermione holds dear. Hermione sends herself back in time, taking the place of her 14-year-old self with the desperate hope of fixing it all. Unfortunately, her every victory is bittersweet, tainted with unforeseen consequences. It's becoming a bit of a clusterfuck, and now people are growing suspicious of Hermione.

When Lyanna Stark dies, some of her remains. The Old Gods, for just a moment, turn away from their lakes, stones, and trees and take her and fashion her into a tool to try to guide men towards a brighter future. They unconsciously rebuild and rebuild their tool until one day it is finally seen.
Cersei Lannister thinks she's going insane; she keeps seeing Robert's dead northern bitch — Lyanna. Unfortunately, she can't ignore the ghost forever.
Together they will inadvertently change the fate of millions. Only the stars know if it'll be for the better.

Harry manfully resisted the urge to roll his eyes. “The wrackspurts told me,” he said instead, which satisfied his innate need for sarcasm quite nicely.

The last thing she needs is Lilith "Shadow" Gaunt showing up in her life, making it look easy to take all the electives (*without* a time turner), beating her in essays and casting advanced magic like it's nothing. Unfortunately, Gaunt is actually a "temporally displaced" version of Tom Riddle, so someone needs to keep an eye on her, and what are the chances that someone will be anyone other than Hermione?
