Hug Bob.
Um… okay.
It’s written at the bottom of the chore chart list. Bob doesn’t know who wrote it, but it hadn’t been there a day ago, when he’d ticked off his ‘water the plants’ checklist for Monday. It’s innocuous, small. And… slightly demeaning?
He decides to ignore it.
Or, well, he tries.
AKA
Three times Bob received a hug, and one time he asked for one.

“You doing okay?”
Her question is met with silence. But after a second, Bob presses a button on his controller and the game pauses.
“Not really.”
Yelena hums. Yeah, she was expecting that. The blanket fort really gave it away. “Yooooou maybe wanna talk about it?”
A pause. Bob shakes his head, curls bouncing with the motion. Oof. Non-verbal. Today must’ve been really, really bad then.
Yelena thinks about it for a second. Then, she shrugs.
“Okay. Then we don’t talk.”

Days of Future Past with a twist. In Westchester, Logan meets a younger, less blue Hank and a walking, lost Charles.
As he soon finds out though, he is not the first mutant to come knocking at the mansion's door this week.
Who would have thought that Scott Summers once was a traumatized, skinny boy?(This is an AU where Scott and Alex Summers' backstory is closer to the Comics. Meaning, among other things, that Alex is not Scott's older brother, and never joined the X-men in First Class. Also, Scott went through Sinister's and Jack Winters' very special versions of foster parenting.)

Scott grimaced as he pushed around the food on his plate. His appetite had been gone since their latest mission a few days prior, which had gone wrong in all the worst ways, and had almost ended with half the team being killed, and the other half being captured. If it hadn't been for Logan showing up last minute... Scott sighs and pushes the plate away.

“'Don’t. Let me make one thing—' Jason has to take in a sharp breath before he can finish the sentence, squinting his eyes open and hissing, '—Absolutely clear to you, Mr. Wayne. I am this close,' he lifts his fingers up, and makes sure that Bruce can see they’re pressed flat together, 'To shooting you. Shut the hell up.'"
AKA: After a mission goes wrong, Jason is left bloody, concussed, and pissed. Unfortunately for him, Bruce is just trying to keep Jason alive, which would probably be easier if Jason wasn't ready to strangle him.
