I'm wild for this but I had the idea and had to do it, then was inspired to finish it.
This is in the same universe as my longtime story, Star Mile. It takes place prior to that story, so if you haven't read it, don't worry this can stand on its own. If you have and you want more of that Captain Hook, here it is.

Summary
Wendy is older now and coming to realize that not everything is as simple as good vs evil or black and white. She's been haunted by the possibility that she had it wrong, or at least not all right where Captain James Hook was concerned, and on top of that her family is champing at the bit to marry her off. When Peter turns up with the opportunity to escape back to Neverland is offered, she takes it. What might happen?
Hook/Adult Wendy, based largely on the book and especially the 2003 film starring Jason Isaacs as Hook. Rated T for language.
I started this story almost 20 years ago and life got in the way, but I’ve recently decided to come back to it. The first step was to give it a bit of a polish and cleanup, so what’s here now is an updated version of what I published on ff.net in 2007-2008. The story has not changed, but some of the writing has, hopefully, been improved! Please see the opening author note for more information.
