The pool of hero hopefuls was silent. Hizashi had expected that, teenagers being too scared to speak when told and all, it had been that way for years. At least thats what he thought. For a single, meek (familiar..?) voice sprang from the crowd.
"H-Hey!!"
Hizashi almost cried. That kid, a small green-haired boy he can see looking closer, was the first child to ever respond to one of his call-outs.

Present Mic's call-outs during the UA entrance exam wasn't answered by anyone in canon, not even our lovable fan-boy Izuku. Well I wanna' change that because Mic deserves justice and Izuku is the best way to give him that justice.

Summary
When Izuku was 8, his father stumbled through the front door of their apartment covered in blood. And then all of a sudden, his father was in his life, and it was wonderful. When Izuku was 9 his mother died, and he discovered he had a quirk. His father's quirk, All for One. When Izuku was 10, he and his father met Yagi Toshinori, and he had a friend. When Izuku was 14 he discovered Yagi-san was All Might, and Izuku inherited his quirk. One for All. When Izuku is 15 the League of Villains step onto the scene. When Izuku is 15 he falls in love.
When Izuku is 16, everything goes horribly, horribly wrong.

Kacchan cut in. "Ok. So... just to make sure I fucking have everything. You-" He pointed at Dad. "Are some weird quirk clone of All for One. Said All for One is a 200-year-old supervillain with a quirk of the same name that takes and gives quirks." He turned to Izuku. "And you are his son. You inherited this ‘fuck you’ powerful ass quirk?" Finally, he turned toward Toshinori. "And you saw Deku, knew he had a godlike quirk, and said, ‘Hey you know what’s better than one godlike quirk? Two godlike quirks!' And you gave it to Deku."

“Hey, kid. We should get to the car now.” Aizawa studied him for a bit, his eyebrows furrowed, before running the unused bit of his capture scarf through Shoto’s bloody hair, wiping down the strands on his forehead. His face wasn't sticky anymore. The taste of metal and fire subsided. Shoto looked down the alleyway.
“I’m sorry,” he rasped, his voice still raw from screaming.
Aizawa paused. “You have nothing to be sorry for, Shoto.”
“I’m ruining your capture scarf.”
Aizawa sighed, but it was lighter than usual. He cupped Shoto’s cheek and moved Shoto so that he was facing him. “You,” he punctuated, “are not ruining anything. You understand?”
Or
Shoto tries very hard to keep Endeavours 'training' a secret from Aizawa, Bakugou and Midoriya. They find out anyways. Comfort ensues. Angst ensues. Friendship ensues.
And Aizawa is determined to save his student.
