Anakin was going to go insane, any minute now, for certain, one-hundred percent he was going to absolutely lose it, and yet—and yet, Anakin felt so unbelievably calm.
It was the planet, it had to be, there was nothing else that it could possibly be. Originally, he had been beyond pissed at the Council for putting him off-duty, it was the worst form of punishment that could've been imposed on Anakin that wasn't outright imprisonment. Even when the Council, and by proxy, Obi-Wan, assured him that the mission to the uninhabited planet Anakin was currently losing his mind on was nothing of that sort, in fact, it was practically a vacation! One that he would need to take alone.
