Summary
Simon has been looking forward to this his entire life. His Final task before he can Ascend and become The Butcher in Eden. He's trained for this. He's been raised for this. All he has to do is track down a heretic who has been spreading lies about Eden and the Last Tree, calling it a cult and claiming the Last Tree is nothing special. But when the Heretic (apparently named Ryland Grace) starts making sense, Simon has to choose whether to defy everything he's ever known or to assist in Grace being judged for his sins.
