Summary
Harry and his friends step into the massive hall filled with endless shelves of glass orbs. Each orb contains a prophecy. The room is quiet, eerie and lit with a blue glow. Harry is drawn by whispers to an aisle marked as 'Row 97', and the whispers lead him to an orb. His friends follow the Boy Who Lived, curious as to what he was doing. He reached out to the glowing orb. It had his and Voldemort's names in it. He retracted his hand as Hermione grabbed his shoulder, a warning to be careful. He slowly reached out again. Just as the doors slam open with the Death Eaters' wands raised, Harry touches the orb. It exploded in an instant, sending Harry flying back as the Death Eaters flew curses at his friends. He passed to everyone, yelling his name.
When he opened his eyes fully, he could briefly make out Hogwarts Hospital's ceiling. He was safe; his friends made it out. He turned to his side, trying to find his glasses, when he saw what looked like Dumbledore,e but younger, like he did when Dumbledore showed him his memory in the second year of Tom Riddle from the 1940s. Where was he?

Oliver Malfoy woke up freezing.
Not the normal dungeon cold, but the kind that felt like it started under his skin and spread outward, like something inside him was made of ice. The Dark Mark pulsed once beneath his left sleeve—slow, heavy, like it was reminding him it existed before he even opened his eyes. He hated that it could do that. He hated that it did that.
The Slytherin sixth‑year dorm was empty when he sat up. Everyone else had already gone to breakfast, leaving behind half‑closed trunks, scattered ties, and the faint smell of damp stone. It should’ve felt normal. Safe. Familiar.
It didn’t.
He pushed the blankets off and stood, the greenish lake‑light drifting across his pale skin and catching in his platinum‑blonde hair, making it glow faintly. Typical Malfoy hair—impossible to hide, impossible to mistake. His reflection in the small mirror above his trunk showed the rest: sharp grey eyes, the kind people said looked cold, but right now they just looked tired. Older than sixteen. Older than he wanted to be.
