Summary
Dottore laughs—one of those small, dark chuckles that makes Pantalone’s hackles raise and sends a thrill through him at the same time. “The rules are simple. You take what I give you, whatever I give you. And you do so with that—” he nods down at the mora Pantalone still clutches, “—in your mouth. An hour on the clock, and if you haven’t dropped it or swallowed it by the end, you win. Simple, yes?”
Pantalone barely keeps his expression neutral. A humiliating hour with Morax’s flesh lying heavy on his tongue, warming to his body while Dottore uses him for whatever carnal pleasures and blood sports he desires. He could slip and swallow it in the worst-case scenario, and then he’d have to beg the man to slice him open and carve out that misplaced, cursed coin.
He’s tempted to say no.
But he doesn't, because the two of them don't do forfeits.

Summary
"You like this," Baizhu observes clinically, his fingers pressing into the wound to probe for bullet fragments. Lohen's answering moan is downright filthy, his hips stuttering against the vines. "Oh, you do. You're aroused by pain, aren't you?"
"Caught me," Lohen laughs, voice wrecked as Baizhu's fingers twist deeper. Blood wells hot around his knuckles, and Lohen's thighs tremble. "What's—ah—what's the diagnosis, Doctor?"
Baizhu’s fingers are slick with Lohen’s blood as he withdraws the final fragment. The knight’s breath hitches—not in pain, but something far more obscene. "Diagnosis?" Baizhu murmurs, peeling off his gloves with deliberate slowness. "Chronic recklessness. Potentially terminal idiocy. And an acute case of exhibitionism."

Summary
Hyacine clears her throat. “Lord Phainon, my apologies, but have you perhaps been having any, um. Intimate reactions, since this occurred?”
Ah. Right. The erection.
The erection that’s still there after a fifteen-minute walk.
“Yes,” Phainon sighs wearily, pulling the jacket over his lap. “Sorry, it won’t go away.”

Summary
Phainon is so taken aback—so busy processing the flutter in his stomach and the surge of heat in his groin—that Mydei easily tackles him to the ground. The prince bleeds on him profusely and shoves a knee between Phainon’s legs, pressing his adrenaline-hardened cock against Phainon’s thigh. His weight is solid and unyielding. Phainon goes dizzy, not as a side effect of the fall, but from several abrupt realizations in quick succession: one, that this is most assuredly romance in its highest form, and two, that it’s a distraction he can’t afford.
He shakes his head clear, reclaims the ground he’d lost, and holds out for seven more days against the prince until they collapse together, exhausted, and agree that it counts as a win for them both. Mydei joins the Flame-Chase, Okhema admits the Kremnoans, and Phainon goes to Aglaea—for who better to go to with a romantic problem of this magnitude than his teacher, his handler, the demigoddess of Romance herself?

Summary
The Black Tide is gone. The world is remade. And Phainon the Deliverer, the man who fulfilled prophecy, doesn’t know what to do with himself.
Mydei, who has always seen him too clearly, drags him back to the ruins of Aedes Elysiae and says “We’re rebuilding this. Together.”
(Or: how two men who fought side-by-side to save the world learn what they were fighting for.)

Summary
A canon-adjacent exploration of Phainon and Mydei's relationship, with slight divergences in minor details.
Explicitly switch/versatile inclusive. Involves trauma, violence, poor mental health, death, and the doomed nature of the relationship—but also the conscious choice to love anyways, even in the face of fate.
Series direction will be determined by the events of canon. The author makes no promises, but would very much like to be able to give this a happy, or at least hopeful, ending.

Summary
New clan patriarch Kamisato Ayato stands alone at the top of the world. The world—or the only parts of it that matter—of course being the remaining scraps of his family reputation, a chief retainer of dubious trustworthiness, and his beloved, innocent, grieving younger sister. Of course it doesn't take long for the dogs to smell blood and come baying at the door. They just don't expect the sword at his hip to be sharper than any of their teeth.
And he doesn't expect for the true danger to lie within the shivering confines of his own mind. In the end, it seems that his body is going to force him to decide who to put his trust in sooner rather than later.

Summary
A trilogy of Dottore and Pantalone's early life and relationship together.
On what it means to love someone who has segmented themselves and carries so much self-hatred. Who could only be described as a monster. On what it means to be someone who loves too much, to their own self-destruction.

Afterward, Olruggio learned he'd been wrong: it didn't change things. Or all that changed was the cadence of his nights—only some of them, but enough to leave him wondering when and if.

Summary
The water begins rippling again, this time much closer to his boat. For a moment, Phainon isn't sure what he's looking at—and then he chokes on his own tongue as the most beautiful man he's ever seen surfaces.
The man—the creature—brushes his hair out of his face. When he looks at Phainon with his golden eyes, Phainon shivers, sword nearly forgotten. He understands, now, why the heroes of myths tied themselves to their boats in siren-infested waters. He feels no better than them in this moment.

Summary
“Be still, Doctor. I would hate to cut you by accident.”
Dottore snickers. “Only on purpose, then?”
Pantalone indulges him with a knowing smile. “You, of all people, should appreciate the beauty of precise knifework.” His thumb smooths over Dottore’s pulse before he cups his hand and feels the ripple of a swallow against his palm. “Be good for me, and I’ll make it good for you too.”
Dottore has returned from Nod-Krai. Pantalone claims his prize. This is the fervour of long-distance romance.
