Summary
When she was a mere fifteen months old, little Hermione Granger contracted meningococcal septicaemia, strain B while playing at her daycare. The disease ravaged her tiny body forcing her to lose her arms and hands below the elbow. Undeterred by the loss of her limbs, this scrappy child defied the odds and thrived.
