He has a very expensive apartment with a very nice view, all the security available for a hero and a very elegant interior that was designed just for him.
But that's not why he's eager to go back; he bought that apartment a while ago, when he has still a workaholic and didn't care to stop by only to get some sleep and shower.
Now he has a very nice reason to come back early.
It took him a while, but after he managed to confess his undying love to his childhood friend, an UA teacher who's a nerd and also a pro hero and is the most beautiful and cute man Katsuki has ever seen, he convinced Izuku to move in with him.
