Summary
During a call, Buck gets hurt and is almost on death's door. Reminded of the lightning strike, Eddie stays by his side while Buck remains in a coma. Expect, when Buck wakes up, he thinks its 2021, not 2026 and he thinks that he is still with Tommy. Not knowing that he is married to Eddie and has been for four years. Now, Eddie and the 118 are going to do everything in their power to bring Buck's memories back and, more importantly, for Buck to fall in love with Eddie again.
As the famous saying by Elle Wood goes: "what, like it's hard?"

“Aren’t you just so lucky to have a boyfriend that makes breakfast for you every morning?” Buck teased, smirking at Eddie.
“Won’t have a boyfriend for much longer,” Eddie replied. He dropped another kiss on Buck’s cheek before backing away. “See you tonight, have a good day!”
And then he was gone.
Buck stood frozen in the middle of the kitchen, his hand still hovering mid-air where he’d had it extended towards Eddie.
The rest of the room continued to exist–the fridge still hummed, the clock still ticked on the wall, the coffee pot still hissed–but Buck couldn’t really hear anything over the blood roaring in his ears.
What did Eddie say?
OR: Buck spends the entire day thinking Eddie is going to break up with him. Eddie asks Buck to marry him instead

Summary
He fans the pages out in front of him. There seem to be a lot of them for a field trip, but—
‘ADOPTION REQUEST’ and ‘ADOPTION AGREEMENT’ are written at the tops of the pages.
Buck looks at Chris, then at Eddie. The two of them are wearing matching smiles, both bright and warm and loving.
Chris asks Buck to adopt him on Father's Day.

"Theo what do your grown ups do for work?"
Theo smiles, fidgeting slightly, "My Buck goes to a special house and cooks yummy food for our family and then he helps save people. He's brave like me." Buck watches in confusion as Theo continues to speak.
"My Eddie helps people feel better. He puts big bandaids on people's booboos and has a special bag that fixes people. Like Doc McStuffins!" Theo pauses thinking for a moment, "He keeps my Buck safe too."
