Summary
Anabell had the perfect life by aristocratic standards: luxury, expensive dresses, and an arranged marriage to Faustus Geovanne, the pompous captain of the Royal Guard. But all she had ever truly wanted was freedom, the open sea, and a life filled with adventure.
Her wish comes true in the most unexpected way possible when, on the eve of her wedding, the enigmatic Simitry—known across the seas as the Queen of Pirates—bursts through her balcony door while fleeing the authorities.
