Minho props his elbow onto the table, his face resting on his hand, the other drawing circles on the top of his jeans. He can sense the stranger now walking down the aisle, his warmth inching toward him, and then stops right beside Minho.
"Do you mind?" he says, voice deep, long finger pointing to the seat right across from Minho. It's been four days since he landed, and Minho's still not used to all of the different ways people speak English here. Thankfully he can understand this one.
Minho is frozen, his own breath caught in his throat. He blinks slowly, once, twice, and finally nods, never looking right at the stranger, just giving him a polite smile and shy nod.
